Twin comforters and quilts usually measures 68 x 86 inches.
*Twin XL mattresses are 68x80 inches.
Full Size: Full size mattresses usually measure 54 x 75 inches.
Full
size comforters and quilts usually measure 76 x 86 inches or Full/Queen
size usually measure 86 x 86 inches (this leaves a little extra on the
sides of the bed).
Queen Size: Queen size mattresses usually measure 60 x 80 inches.
Queen size comforters and quilts typically measure 86 x 86 inches.
King Size: King size mattresses usually measure 76 x 80 inches.
King size comforters and quilts typically measure 100 x 90 inches.
California King: Cal King mattresses usually measure 72 x 84 inches.
Cal King size comforters and quilts typically measure 100 x 90 inches.

What is a Full/Queen Size?A
Full/Queen size comforter or quilt usually measures 86x86 inches. Most
manufacturers make Full size and Queen size comforters and quilts the
same size. A Full/Queen size comforter or quilt on a Full size or
Double bed is a little over-sized compared to a regular Full sized
comforter or quilt which usually measures 76x86 inches.
