We accept all returns within 30 days after delivery for any reason.

If there is a manufacturer defect or a wrong item was sent a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you.
Return shipping costs for any other returns are the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursable.

Please be sure to return items in original condition and with all manufacturer packaging.
We must also have a copy of your online receipt or packing slip to process your return.
We do not accept returns that have been used, altered, or not in manufacturers packaging.
When sending your return, Please use acceptable packaging. Believe it or not we have had customers return there items with just a stamp on the actual product and were damaged in shipping. - We do return items like this back to you - so please use a box or shipping bag.

Once your return has been received a refund will be issued back to your payment method within 24 to 48 hours of return being received.
An email will be sent to you confirming the return and refund.
Shipping charges are not refundable on returns that are not deemed to be defective.
