How do I return an item?
  We want all of our customers to be happy with their items and service. To avoid any disappointment or expectations that are not met we suggest that customers research as much as possible about the product you would like to purchase, if you need help, we are very happy to answer any questions you may have.


PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM OR PRINT THIS PAGE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

Please fill out the return authorization form at the bottom of this page if you are returning an item.




ALL returns must have a return authorization number. To get that number, please complete the return authorization form below. Please also take the time to read the following return information.

Any packages returned without a RA number may be refused and sent back to you. It is imperative to receive the RA number prior to returning an item so we know it is coming.

RA numbers will only be valid for 15 days after authorization request is approved and a number has been issued.

Returns Due to Defective Product: If an item has manufacturer defect, a pre-paid return shipping label will be emailed to the email address we have on file. A full refund or replacement will be issued upon receipt of defective merchandise.

All other returns: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to our warehouse.







If guidelines are met, item(s) must be received within 30 days of delivery.

Item(s) must be packaged correctly and shipped in the same manner as it was shipped to you (insured and in proper packaging, please do not shove a large item in a tiny box).

There are no returns or refunds if:

  • the item has been used - most manufacturers have their own product warranties. Please contact them first for an exchange if item has already been used and a defect was found after use.

  • the item comes back from a smoking home.

  • the item is not in original manufacturers packaging (Cardboard inserts, plastic packaging, zipper bag, ect...)

  • merchandise is found to be misused or deliberately damaged.


  • merchandise was not properly packaged for shipping in a box or shipping bag.





    Defective Merchandise*

    If you believe your merchandise to have a manufacturer's defect, or incorrect item was sent, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page for a RA number.

    A pre-paid FedEx return label will be sent to the email address you provided us at the time of your purchase - be sure to check any spam folders or add Fed Ex to your address list. Please send your return as soon as possible. Return labels will expire 10 days after they have been issued. Please note that Fed Ex will pick up your return for you. Just schedule a pick up through the FedEx.com website. Information for this is included in the return label email. If you have any questions, please contact us.

    A replacement or refund will be sent to you once we receive your merchandise, if that item is out of stock, we will offer a replacement of same value or a your payment will be refunded in full.
